Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis fitness program. It's fitness and tennis all in one. Male and female, all ages and ablitlies are welcome to join in. It is designed to get a great, high- energy workout whilst playing tennis.

Sessions are structured with 75% cardio drills & 25% matchplay and are 60 minutes in duration. In a session women can burn up to 500 calories with men burning off 800 calories. Pedometers are used to track progress.

In a 60-minute Cardio Tennis workout, women can burn up to 500 calories per workout and men up to 800.
